Abstract:

To provide a core which is low in heat generation and excellent in temperature characteristics.

A core 10 is a core made of a ferrite sintered body which is used in a transformer, a choke coil or the like. The core 10 comprises a plurality of core members 10B which pass through a range Ca defined by extending a region surrounded by a coil 12 in an axial direction of the coil 12, and which divide the core 10 into a plurality of sections along the axial direction of the coil 12. The plurality of core members 10B are brought into contact with one another at least at one position. Further, at least two of the plurality of core members 10B are divided so as to be parallel in terms of magnetic resistance.
