Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure the constant and accurate correction of errors by giving more weighted average to the error obtaind after execution of control of an automatic positioning device as the past error becomes newer and performing correction in the next execution of control. CONSTITUTION:Both set value xi and correction value etan-1 are given to an automatic positioning control (APC) device. The value xi is also given to a subtractor 2 to calculate the error epsiloni with the actual value yi to the xi of the APC1. The error epsiloni is given to a multiplier 3 and multiplied by the prescribed value (q) to be given to an adder 4. The adder 4 adds q.epsiloni and p.etan-1 given from a multiplier 5 and gives them to a memory 6. The memory 6 stores this value as the next correction value etan to give it to the APC1 as well as to the multiplier 5. The multiplier 5 multiplies this replaced correction value etan by the prescribed value (p) and then gives the obtained value p.etan to the adder 4.
