PURPOSE: To continuously and smoothly correctively cut the cutting edge and the outer periphery of a saw tooth in an arced pattern having a good cutting action by a simple structure and only by reciprocating operations of handles.
CONSTITUTION: A forward and backward moving sliding base 5 is provided in relation to a grinder 3 installed at an inclination. A turning movement guide panel 21 provided with engaging-locking parts 22 of the same number as that of the cutting edge of a circular saw, is loaded to the bearing bushing installed at an off-centered position of a turning body 11 which is turnable by reciprocating operations of handles 6. A cutting restricting device 29 is engaged with the engaging-locking part 22 to guide the circular saw tooth 25 in an arced pattern to advance it to the grinder 3 by the length of the cutting edge of the saw tooth in an unturnable state at the time when the handle 6 is moved forward, and thus to cut the cutting edge of the saw tooth 25 in an arc-like pattern. At the time when the handle 6 is moved backward, the cutting restricting device is in pressure-contact with the grinder 3 to turn the peripheral edge face 26 of the circular saw 24 backward by the length of the peripheral edge face 26 to continuously cut the peripheral edge face 26.
