Abstract:
To provide covered reinforcement that shows excellent corrosion resistance in concrete containing a chloride.
This corrosion resisting covered reinforcement for concrete comprises an acrylic resin film containing a hexachromium compound and reinforcement. In this case, the hexachromium is 0.1 to 10wt.%, of the film, and the amount by which the film clings to the reinforcement is 0.5 to 10g/m2. Also, the acrylic resin film containing the hexavalent chromium compound either contains 0.5 to 20wt.% corrosion inhibitor or contains 1 to 10wt.% silica or contains 0.5 to 20wt.% corrosion inhibitor and 1 to 10wt.% silica.
