To enable manufacturing lattices of various configurations simply by crushing and folding them and to easily and quickly connect them between parallel chords, relating to a trussed structure constituting the beams, columns, and the like of various structures, the lattices for use, and a method for manufacturing them.
A lattice 1 has a flat part 4 formed at the middle of a long rod 2 by crushing of the rod 2, and has a curved part 6 formed by folding of the flat part 4, with the curved ends of the curved part 6 brought into contact with each other to form an overlapping part 8, and with the portions of the rod 2 on both sides of the flat part 4 either being extended in directions different from the direction of a plane containing the overlapping part 8 or being extended in different directions within a plane approximately parallel to the plane containing the overlapping part 8. A plurality of curved parts 6 and a plurality of overlapping parts 8 are provided to obtain a lattice 15 that is in the form of a polygonal frame, zigzag, or spiral as a whole. The lattices are placed between a plurality of almost parallel chords and connected to the peripheral surfaces of the chords 20 via the overlapping parts 8 to assemble a trussed structure 58, etc.
