To provide a coupling structure of a V-rod capable of facilitating installation of the V-rod which is suspended between a side frame and an axle housing onto an axle, thereby reducing parts replacement man-hours and maintenance cost resulting from parts replacement as well as improving the installation operability thereof.

This coupling structure, wherein a V-rod 4 extending outwardly in a V-shape is provided to suppress movement in the vehicle width direction between the side frame and the axle housing, includes: an insertion member 61 which is inserted into an insertion hole drilled on a bracket secured to the axle housing and a supporting hole drilled on a coupling part for V-rod end, and V rod -side sliding contact surfaces 4c which are arranged at both ends of the coupling part, and a spacer 63 made of a material softer than that of two sliding contact surfaces which are interposed between bracket-side sliding contact surfaces arranged thereon.
