Abstract:
To eliminate disturbance caused by a cover body, when a wiper arm engaged with the cover body is attached to a wiper shaft.
The cover body 11 and an arm head 3 are constituted to engage a cover body locking protrusion 11e with an arm head locking recess 3f so as to hold an open attitude, when a cover body engaging boss 11d is engaged with an arm head engaging part 3e, when a tip part of the cover body 11 is constituted to be freely oscillatable vertically using the engaging part 3e as a fulcrum, and when the cover body 11 is oscillated vertically to be brought into the open attitude where a tip part side is positioned on the upper side.
