Abstract:

PURPOSE: To vary the height of coil winding corresponding to the thickness of superposition by connecting a crank onto the driving shaft of a differential gear train and installing an adjusting element for shifting the crank according to the driving shaft, in a coil winding machine for a stator having field iron cores having two poles.

CONSTITUTION: When an electric motor 21 is driven, a driving shaft 20 is revolved, and a revolution shaft 15 is revolved through a universal joint 14 by a crank 16 connected to the driving shaft 20 through an adjuster 17. Therefore, a sun gear 7, planetary gear 8, and a fixed internal gear 9 are meshed and revolved, and the nozzles N1 and N2 installed onto a shaft 10 turn. The nozzles N1 and N2 pass through the slits 4 and 5 along the periphery of field iron core 2 and 3, and the wires W1 and W2 whose one edge is engaged are wound onto the field iron cores 2 and 3. At this time, coil winding work is carried-out by the arrangement movement between the turn of the nozzles N1 and N2 and the stroke of the shaft 10, until a desired number of turns can be obtained in correspondence with the advance and retreat of a turn stop 12 which slides along a guide lever 13 by the succeeding revolution of the crank 16.
