Abstract:

PURPOSE: To permit the continuous winding onto field iron cores having two poles by winding a wire onto the field iron cores by allowing the nozzles for winding the wire to turn along the periphery of the field iron cores by using a differential gear apparatus, in an automatic coil winding machine for a stator having two poles.

CONSTITUTION: When an electric motor 4 is driven, a crank 6 revolves through a belt B, and a motive shaft 8 is revolved through a spherical bush. Further, the crank 6 turns nozzles 13 and 14 around field iron cores 2 and 3, revolving an opposed bevel gear 10 meshed with a bevel gear 9, with the shaft 12. Then, a stroke is generated on the shaft 12 by the revolution of the crank 6, and the wires W1 and W2 whose one edge is engaged are driven-out from the nozzles 13 and 14 and allowed to pass through slots S1 and S2 in distribution, and then taken-up onto the field iron cores 2 and 3. At this time, a slider 17 fixed onto the turn stop of an opposed bevel gear 11 travels along a guide rail 16 parallel to the shaft 12.
