Title:
CREAMY SOLDER PRINTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08300612
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To effectively prevent poor soldering from developing by a method wherein a vibrating means for giving vibration to at least either one of a printing mask and a squeegee is provided.

CONSTITUTION: Vibrators 19 comprising a piezoelectric element, a solenoid and the like vibrate a printing mask 12 by applying vibration to the printing mask 12. The vibrators 19 are so constituted as to be mounted to a frame 11 so as to apply vibration to the frame. Or the printing mask 12 can also be so constituted as to be vibrated through the frame 11. A squeegee 20 is vertically driven with a vertical driving mechanism and slid on the printing mask 12 by being driven with a slidingly driving mechanism. On the squeegee 20 at both its side parts, vibrators 21, which consist of a solenoid and the like and which are connected with a driving circuit, are provided. In common with the vibrators 19, the vibrators 21 vibrate the squeegee 20 so as to develop vibration in the squeegee 20.
