To provide a creation method and a program of a stacking pattern, and a stacking device in which an optimum stacking pattern can be created when a plurality kinds of boxes having different sizes exist combinedly.
The creation method includes: a stacking group creation process for grouping the respective boxes on the basis of sizes of the boxes in a plane view; a height agreement group creation process for grouping the respective boxes on the basis of the boxes 1 in a side view; a plane arrangement pattern enumeration process for extracting a plane arrangement pattern which can be arranged on a pallet and of which the rectangular area is the largest in the plane view; a layer pattern enumeration step of extracting a layer of which the shape of the external is rectangle in the plane view and a top and a lower surface are level in the side view; and a layer extraction process for extracting a layer combination pattern and extracting a layer combination pattern of which the stacking height is the lowest.
