Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross rail clamping device capable of realizing elimination of the oil pressure without giving an impairing cross rail movement control function for controlling with fixation/release of clamp by using an air cylinder device as a driving source in relation to a tilting load of the cross rail.
SOLUTION: This clamp device for clamping the cross rail 3 and a guide rail 5 to fix the cross rail 3 to the predetermined position of the guide rail 5 is provided with a wedge mechanism 9 formed to push a wedge part 7 to a wedge engagement part 8 for engagement by moving the wedge part 7 with drive of a wedge driving device or energization to be released by the drive of the wedge driving device and, and provided with a lever part 11 to be pushed to turn around a supporting point 10 with engagement of the wedge part 7 of the wedge mechanism 9 with the wedge engagement part 8 by pushing. A working part 20 of the lever part 11 pushes the guide rail 5, on which the cross rail 3 abuts, to push the cross rail 3 to the guide rail 5 for fixation.
