To provide a cross shaft coupling capable of preventing a shaft part and a needle roller from being damaged by strong contact between the needle roller and the shaft part without needing to fit the needle roller at the inner periphery to the outer periphery of the shaft part while reducing the diameter of a bearing cup to obtain an interference fit state between the needle roller located at the inner periphery of the bearing cup and the shaft part of a cross shaft.
The cross shaft coupling comprises the cross shaft 1 having four shaft parts 3; a plurality of needle rollers 6 rolling on outer peripheral surfaces of the shaft parts 3; bearing cups 5 of bottomed cylinder shapes fitted to outer peripheries of the needle rollers; and outer fitting members 7 provided in the interference fit state between yokes 21 and the bearing cups 5. The outer fitting members 7 are fitted to outer peripheries of the bearing cups 5 to reduce diameters of the bearing cups 5.
