Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a crusher which can safely and simply change the values set for the crusher by remote control, automatically without damaging apparatus during operation.
CONSTITUTION: More than one driving bars 42 are installed at equal intervals in the vertical direction on the peripheral surface of an adjustment cap 40 engaged on the top of a bowl 20. The following apparatus are also installed: a ratchet mechanism which can revolve around the vertical axis and stops the rotation of the adjustment cap 40 by contacting the driving bars 42 through the force of springs; a pair of cylinders 44 rotating clockwise and counterclockwise respectively to rotate the driving bars 42 by pressing their side faces; and an oil pressure unit 60 for driving an oil pressure cylinder 44. An operational procedure (sequential actuation) which changes automatically the set values formed by a mantle and a bowl liner 21 during operation is incorporated in the oil pressure circuit of the oil unit 60, so that it is possible to respond to a message displayed on a screen which transmits the sequential actuation of the operational procedure with voice.
