Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the liner for a cone crusher in which a large-lump raw material is not retained but bitten without raising a mold number even when large lumps are temporarily mixed into the raw material having ordinary size and also crushing capacity is not drastically lowered.
CONSTITUTION: The following notch is formed in the inlet of the crushing chamber of a concave liner 9. This notch has an oblique angle α3 larger than the oblique angle α1 of the concave by 5-70 degrees and length A of a residual crushing zone is regulated to 0.1-0.9 times of length B of the original crushing zone. A nearly horizontal notch wherein length C of a residual crushing zone is regulated to 0.1-0.9 times of length D of the original crushing zone is formed in the inlet part of the crushing chamber of a mantle liner 8. Further, a nearly horizontal annular projection part 9Z is provided in the upper end part of the concave liner 9.
