Abstract:
To retrieve, evaluate or design a compound capable of inhibiting the ADP ribosylcyclase activities of a bone marrow stromal cell antigen-1 (BST-1) and a human lymphocyte antigen CD38, NAD breakdown activities and cADPR hydrase activities, and variants of the BST-1 and the CD38 having decreased or increased activities thereof.
The purpose is achieved by using a three-dimensional structural coordinate of the complex of the sBST-1 or the sCD38 with the NAD.
