Abstract:
To provide a curative agent or the like for intractable viral infectious diseases, sufficiently inducing IFN-λ even for either variant of major and minor ones of IL28B gene's polymorphism, and exhibiting effective anti-hepatitis viral activity on hepatitis viral infectious diseases that have been intractable with PEGylated IFN-α, and also exhibiting effective anti-viral activity on intractable various viral infectious diseases.
The curative agent for intractable viral infectious diseases includes such a conjugate as to include poly-I or poly-I analogue and poly-C or poly-C analogue, or poly-A or poly-A analogue and poly-U or poly-U analogue in a drug carrier useful for intracellularly transferring a relevant drug.
