Title:
CURRENT CONDUCTIVE THERMAL TRANSFER SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6282079
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a current conductive thermal transfer film capable of continuously holding stable voltage during the time necessary for heat generation, heat transfer and the melting/transfer of ink, by providing a resistance layer containing an organohalide substance.

CONSTITUTION: A current conductive transfer film hasa resistance layer containing an organohalide substance. Desirably, in the current conductive thermal transfer film having at least two layers, that is, an ink layer and a current supply heat generating resistance layer, 10W40pts.wt. or less of conductive dispersed particles and 5W50pts.wt. or less of an additive type organohalide substance, pref., an organohalide substance represented by structural formula (I) are at least contained. Further desirably, the resistance layer contains 5W50pts.wt. or less of the organohalide substance. If the addition amount of the organohalide substance is below 5pts.wt., the effect of the organohalide substance is becomes hard to develop and, if exceeds 50pts.wt., the addition amount of various org. thermoplastic or thermosetting resins compounded in the resistance layer as a binder is relatively reduced and the lowering in the close adhesive force with a base material results. The current conductive thermal transfer sheet having the resistance layer containing the organohalide substance has voltage stabilizing effect.
