Abstract:
PURPOSE: To most effectively use a starting material to provide an envelope body having high intensity with good workability by fixing a curved building plate, a curved cap member, and a curved gutter which are curved at proper curvatures to a fixing frame.
CONSTITUTION: Fitting side parts 7, 7 are formed on both lateral edges of main plates 5, 5, and longitudinally curved at a proper curvature to provide curved building plates Pf, Pf. Curved cap members Pc, Pc and cured gutters Pg, Pg having the same curvature radius of the curved building plates Pf are provided. The curbed gutter Pg has circular bent corner parts 2, 2 swollen up inward and protruded up outward from both lateral side ends of a narrow bottom part 1, and vertical parts 3, 3 formed from their top ends. The curved building plates Pf, the curved cap members Pc, and the curved gutters Pg are fixed to fixing frames 5, 5.
