Abstract:
To provide a customer management device for suppressing the increase of the amounts of information to be stored for providing services different for each customer and merchandise.
When a communication part 20 receives a customer code and a merchandise code for specifying merchandise purchased by the customer of the customer code from the transmitting/receiving part of a register device 1, a control part 22 retrieves a service associated with both a group code associated with the customer code by a customer information storage part 21b and the merchandise code from the service storage part 21c. The control part 22 transmits the retrieved service to the register device 1.
