Abstract:
To enable prevention of adhesion of aluminum to a mount.SOLUTION: A workpiece 140 is cut by use of a cutting device 1 equipped with cutting means 5 comprising: a spindle 50; a hub blade 54 in which a grindstone 542 is located on an outer periphery of an annular base 541 having an opening 540 at a center thereof; a mount base 53 which is fixed to a tip of the spindle 50, and at the tip of which a male thread 534 is formed; a ring mount 58 connected to the mount base 53; and a nut 56 which is threadedly engaged with the male thread 534 at the tip of the mount base 53, and presses the hub blade 54 between the nut 56 and the mount base 53 via the ring mount 58. The ring mount 58 is located between the mount base 53 and the hub blade 54, and the hub blade 54 does not contact the mount base 53, so that adhesion of aluminum to the mount base 53 is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
