To provide a cutting method and a cutting device, eliminating complicated adjusting of a pressing mechanism and a slit device, preventing large burr, and shaping the side edge part of a product simultaneously with cutting.
In this cutting method, a coating web, at least one surface of which is a coating surface, is nipped in the direction of board thickness by a cutting member and cut. In the cutting method, a sheet-like inclusion is interposed on the coating surface of the coating web in the cutting member and cut. This cutting device includes a cutting member for nipping the coating web, at least one surface of which is a coating surface, in the direction of board thickness and cutting the same. In the cutting member, the sheet-like inclusion is interposed on the coating surface of the coating web and cut.
