To provide a function providing a mechanism of folding a fore end of an adhesive tape to a cutting tool of the adhesive tape, and capable of easily picking and peeling the fore end of a used adhesive tape after the use.

An existing adhesive tape is affixed to a folded portion 3 formed by the present invention by combining the present invention with the existing adhesive tape (Fig.2-); the folded portion 3 is folded by picking a contact shelf movable portion 4 formed by the present invention and the folded portion 3 by two fingers; the adhesive tape is peeled from the body; the folded portion is freely returned if releasing the fingers, and the picked adhesive tape (Fig.2-) is closely adhered to each other at adhesive surfaces by the pressure of the fingers; and cut to an arbitrary length (Fig.2-); and the picked adhesive tape can be affixed to a desired part, and easily peeled by picking the part with the folded adhesive surfaces being closely adhered to each other.
