To provide a cyclone dust collector which lowers a noise and improves the dust collecting efficiency by making the dust having the certain volume and/or weight to be collected in a dust collecting cylinder quickly to the maximum extent without colliding against a flange of a grille member, and a cleaner equipped with it.
The cyclone dust collector includes a main body of a cyclone which is equipped with a suction section to suck the air and an exhaust section to exhaust the air, the grille member which is attached to the exhaust section and filtrates the air, the dust collecting cylinder which is attached to the main body of the cyclone and collects and stores the dust in the air sucked by the suction section, and a downward guiding section which intercepts the dust collected in the dust collecting cylinder not to be blown upward and guides downward the dust having the certain weight and/or volume out of the dust in the air to the dust collecting cylinder along a spiral direction by a flow of the air.
