Abstract:

To provide a cylindrical stacked core which has a roughly complete cylindrical face superior in productivity, and its manufacture, and a linear motor using it.

A thin magnetic plate 10 is made into C-shape which has a cut on inner periphery side, and is provided with a projection on the side of the outer periphery of one main face. Then, these thin magnetic plates 10 are stacked in the circumferential direction, with the ends on inner periphery side in contact with one another and the projection in abutment with the other main face of the adjacent thin magnetic plates. The stack of this thin magnetic plates 10 is constituted in a cylindrical form, with a wedge-shaped space 11 being made by the projection between the adjacent thin magnetic plates 10, and a cylindrical stacked core 10 is obtained. A circular slot 100a, constituted of the cut of the thin magnetic plate 10, is made at the inner periphery of this cylindrical stacked core 100.
