Motor structure possesses a synthetic resin layer 6, which consists of synthetic resin retaining the condition that a plurality of plate-shaped bodies 1 are stuck fast, surrounding and covering these plate-shaped bodies 1, projecting parts 8 and 9 which serve both for the retention and the positioning of the motor parts, and an insulating film 7' which covers the uncovered section of the synthetic resin 6. Moreover, when forming the synthetic resin layer 6 on the surface of a lamination stack, the synthetic resin 6 is made on the surface of the lamination stack, while applying pressure from topside and downside of the stacked plate-shaped body which constitutes a stator magnet assembly 10. The application of this pressure is performed by the projection for pressurizing the plate-shaped body 1, provided within a mold.
