Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper capable of preventing leakage of viscous fluid sealed in the inside of the damper, and toilet seat unit including the damper.SOLUTION: A damper 1 includes: a housing H mounted on at least one of a toilet seat body part and a toilet seat, and including an oil filling part 14 to be filled with oil; a shaft 20 that has a front shaft 21 mounted on the other of the toilet seat body part and the toilet seat, and a rear shaft 23 rotatably inserted into the oil filling part 14, and to which damping force by the oil is applied, when rotating; and a pressure receiving valve 60 that faces the inside of the oil filling part 14 and, when pressure in the oil filling part 14 increases, moves by receiving the pressure to increase the volume of the oil filling part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
