To enhance the safety in driving a vehicle to a great extent by installing a dashboard mirror on the dashboard in front of the driver seat, enabling the driver to confirm the left back and the right back to the vehicle, and also the sides always continuously without shifting the line of view, and complementing the dead angle inherent in the conventional door mirror or fender mirror.
A dashboard mirror to be installed on the front of a driver seat is composed of a convex mirror 1 thin and long in transverse direction which is mounted in front of the driver seat and has a sufficient curvature to view the left rear and right rear of the vehicle at the same time, a support rod 3 coupled with the convex mirror 1 and having one or more universal joints 2, and a mounting tool which has suction cup 4 or adhesives coated surface and is coupled with the supporting rod 3 to secure the whole of mirror 1 and rod 3 to the front wind shield 5 or onto the dashboard.
