To provide a door mirror of car of such a type that its visor is made of a soft material for heightening of the safety, in which noise generation when the motor drive mechanism is in operation is reduced sufficiently by configuring the visor with a shape to make the most of the sound absorptiveness of the soft material.

A visor 1 is composed of a base 11 made of a hard material and a cover 12 to enclose part or the whole of the base 11, and the visor cover 12 is made of a soft material having sound absorptiveness. The base 11 is furnished with an opening 11c confronting the motor drive mechanism 4, and the visor cover 12 is furnished with a plurality of sound absorbing walls 12a projecting from the opening 11c in the base 11 toward the motor drive mechanism 4, and thereby noise generation when the mechanism 4 is in operation, is suppressed with the sound absorbing effect of the walls 12a.
