Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass-produce data carriers that are used in a non-contact identification system in a short time and also to improve water proof performance and thermal resistance.
SOLUTION: An antenna coil 21 is inserted in a cavity 13 of a lower plate 10 and a function part 22 is inserted in a cavity 12 of a center part of a cylindrical part 11. A cap 23 is fixed by fitting with projections 18a and 18b provided on the upper part of the part 11. A sealing part is formed with injection molding by inserting a semifinished product made in this way into a die. The part 22, etc., are not dislocated in this manner and injection pressure is prevented from directly applying to the part 22. Also, it is possible to mass-produce data carriers inexpensively in a short time.
