Abstract:

To provide a function to issue an invoice to a customer and a function to ascertain usage of a system in the system for managing the number and identity of visitors to a customer company or the like.

A server 8 is located remote from the customer company and comprises a database 12 for storing the number of visitors, arrival, departure, and time of departure, and a charging module 30. A user interface 1 is located in the customer company, transfers user-input data inputted on a monitor to the server 8, and the data are stored in the database 12. The charging module 30 issues the invoice of charge to each customer company, based on storage history of the database 12.
