CONSTITUTION: At the time of recording continuous data such as a movie program in a recording medium, the data are, for example, divided into 12 channels CHA to CHL, the data in respective channels are respectively divided into 2,400 blocks, the respective divided data corresponding to channel are rearranged so as to integrate them and blocks BL0 to BL2399 are formed. Then, the data in respective blocks are recorded in a recording medium in the order of blocks BL0, BL2399, BL1, BL2338..., BL1200. At the time of reading the data from the recording medium, the data are reproduced from the block BL0 every other block in a forward direction. After reproducing the block BL1119, the data are reproduced from the block BL1200 every other block in a reversed direction.
