Abstract:

To reduce a power consumption of a DC-DC conversion circuit of a charge pump and improve the power conversion efficiency.

The DC-DC conversion circuit converts an input voltage into an output voltage, and includes a first charge pump circuit for converting the input voltage into a first amplified output voltage and a second charge pump circuit for converting the input voltage into a second amplified output voltage. The first and second charge pump circuits alternately output the first and second amplified voltages as the output voltage, under the control of at least one control signal.
