The decorative material has at least an expanded resin layer. The expanded resin layer is composed at least of a base resin, a plate-shaped mineral, and a resin composition containing a foaming agent. The base resin of 100 pts.wt. contains 1-30 pts.wt. of the plate-shaped mineral. The plate-shaped mineral has an aspect ratio of 3-300. The decorative material whose the plate-shaped mineral is mica is provided. The wallpaper composed of these decorative materials is provided.
