To draw a pattern easily by arranging a small lump which has translucent property and is colored in a desired condition between two platelike members having translucent property.

A plate glass 2 is utilized as a platelike member having translucent property, many glass beads 3 having translucent property are provided in a row as a small lump between two glass plates 2, and the beads 3 having different colors are arranged to form a pattern. Such a decorative panel 1 uses the beads 3 having translucent property to obtain a translucent pattern and natural illumination on the whole. An inner frame material 4 between the glass plates 2 on the circumference of the panel 1 and an outer frame material 5 which covers the circumference thereof are fixed by using an adhesive. When an inlet and outlet part of a store and a show room is formed by such decorative panels 1, a plurality of panels 1 are connected and fixed for use. Consequently, the whole wall face has translucent property and natural illumination property, and it becomes possible to form an extremely beautiful pattern.
