Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of imparting a surface texture excellent in the texture of an uneven pattern to provide excellent design in a decorative plate using a heat-resistant substrate such as a metal plate.SOLUTION: In a decorative plate, in which at least a base coat layer 2, a first pattern print layer 3, and a surface coat layer 4 are laminated on a heat-resistant substrate 1 in this order, the base coat layer 2 is formed of a cured product of a resin composition comprising a thermosetting fluororesin and/or a thermosetting polyester resin, the pattern print layer 3 is formed of an ink composition containing particles having an average particle diameter of 10-30 μm and a fluororesin, and the ten-point average roughness of the surface coat layer 3 is 20 μm or more, thereby obtaining a decorative plate imparted with a surface texture excellent in the texture of an uneven pattern and having excellent design.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
