Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failure of noticying of defectiveness from occurring at low cost by a device wherein a bottom face detection signal continuing time width at the time when processed foodstuffs are normally arranged in a tray is made a reference value, and a deflective abnormality detection signal is outputted when a continuing time of a bottom face detection signal of an object to be measured under conveyance is longer than the reference value.
SOLUTION: When the number of processed foodstuffs arranged on a tray is deficient in the decided number, a dimension obtained by adding bottom face areas Y3, Y4 among individual processed foodstuffs, a bottom face area Y5 at a position where defectiveness has occurred, and width areas W1, W2 at protrusions is detected as a bottom face. Accordingly, a time that a position detecting means outputs a value of height level of the bottom face becomes longer than in a case that the arranged processed foodstuffs satisfies the decided number. That is, with a bottom face detection signal continuing time width by a bottom face detection means at the time when the processed foodstuffs are normally arranged as a reference value, when the continuing time is longer than the reference value, the processed foodstuffs on one tray do not satisfy the decided number, so that a defectiveness becomes apparent.
