To correct deformations of a lining pipe and provide the lining pipe along a pipe line inner wall, even if there are stage parts and bent parts existing in the pipe lone or if deformations of the lining pipe occur with regard to a lining technique lining a lining pipe in an existing pipe line.

When a deformed portion 31 exists in a lining pipe 3 due to the existence of stage parts and bent parts in a sewer pipe line 2, a deformation correcting device 1 is inserted inside the pipe line 2 and corrects the deformation. The deformation correcting device 1 is quipped with a pressing plate 6 shaped along the inner face shape of the sewer pipe line 2 and a hydraulic cylinder 5 reciprocating this pressing plate 6 toward a wall face 22 of the sewer pipe line 2. The pressing plate 6 is advanced toward the deformed portion 31 by the hydraulic cylinder 5, in a state in which the pressing plate 6 face the deformed portion 31 of the lining pipe 3, and the deformed portion 31 is pressed against the wall face 22 of the sewer pipe line 2 by the pressing plate 6.
