Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject liposome preparation capable of being stored for a long period.
CONSTITUTION: This pharmaceutical preparation comprises a liposome encapsulating an antitumor agent therein and dehydrated by a method except a lyophilization method. The dehydration free from the lyophilization gives the objective pharmaceutical preparation little in the damage to the liposome and in the loss of the inner ingredient from the liposome.
