Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce delivery loss and vibration of a delivery valve mechanism and enhance the operating efficiency of a compressor.
CONSTITUTION: A delivery valve mechanism of a rotary compressor is composed of a delivery hole 15 with valve seat, a delivery valve 26 consisting of a valve body 26a to open and close the delivery hole and a pivot shaft 26b one end of which is fixed to the valve body, a spring which presses the delivery valve 26 against the valve seat 19 of the delivery hole 15, a sealed container 27 in which a part of the pivot shaft 26b is stored slidably and airtightly and which is fixed to a compression element with a small space 28 at the rear of the pivot shaft, and a communication pipe 31 which communicates the suction side of a compressor with the small space 28 of the airtight container 27.
