Abstract:
To provide a denitrification process and a denitrification equipment for optimizing a unit consumption of energy in denitrification of NOx-containing exhaust gas generated in a pickling line of stainless steel strips by ammonia catalytic reduction.
The denitrification process is characterized in that an amount of air to be supplied is regulated at the inlet of the denitrification equipment according to an amount of NOx generation, and exhaust gas of a constant NOx concentration is supplied to the denitrification equipment. The denitrification equipment for NOx-containing exhaust gas is provided with an air flow damper and a NOx densitometer at the inlet of the denitrification equipment.
