Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a dental handpiece which is maintenance-free without supplying lubricant from the outside and has still longer life than usual dental handpiece.
CONSTITUTION: In the dental handpiece provided with a rotatory axis 3 which is supported freely and rotatively on an axis center part of a housing 1 through a bearing 2 and on the head edge of which a tool 4 is attached, a turbine fan 5 which is fixed and attached on the rotatory axis 3, and a supplying part 6 and exhausting part of gas which makes the turbine fan 5 rotate, a bearing 2 contains a heat resistant lubricant supplying material therein and is lubricated by the lubricant supplied at a specified time and automatically from a lubricant supplying material.
