Two endless belts 6 are respectively stretched out both sides of the top board 4 between two rollers 5, 5. Belts are set so that their upper parts run above the top board 4. Paper A set on the top board 4 is attached to the endless belts 6 by the clips 8, thus writing position on the desk is kept unchanged by rolling movement of the endless belts 6 which feed the paper A.
