Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting device of magnetism which facilitates miniaturization and cost reduction and enables attainment of high sensitivity.
SOLUTION: This detecting device of magnetism is equipped with a magnetic sensor 3 prepared by winding a coil 2 on a magnetic body 1. As to an oscillation current flowing through the coil 2 when an oscillation voltage is supplied to the coil 2 of the magnetic sensor 3, a voltage at the time when the oscillation current changing due to an external magnetic field takes a peak value is detected, and the external magnetic field is detected from a change in the value of this voltage. When the external magnetic field changes, in other words, the amount of magnetization of the magnetic body of the magnetic sensor 3 changes and, as the result, an inductance of the magnetic sensor 3 changes. This change in the inductance causes the change in the oscillation current flowing through the coil 2. In this detecting device of magnetism, consequently, the peak value of the oscillation current flowing through the magnetic sensor 3 changes in accordance with the external magnetic field.
