Abstract:
To provide a detergent composition, which does not cause deterioration of the substrate to be treated with the detergent composition, is inexpensive, has no inflammability, and is capable of achieving excellent washing and resist removal.
The detergent composition includes (a) 70% by mass or more of an ethyl lactate and (b) 30% by mass or less of a fluorine-containing compound, in which compound the halogen content is 60% by mass or more, based on the total mass of the detergent composition and shows no flash point.
