Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a detergent having excellent removability of stains such as fats and oils, machine oils, greases, and fluxes, substantially not deteriorated by the stain components, having low toxicity, and used for mechanical.electronical.electrical parts.
CONSTITUTION: The objective detergent composition for precision parts contains a hydrogenated olefin oligomer as a main component. For example, a detergent composition comprising 70-99.9wt.% of the hydrogenated olefin oligomer, 0.1-30wt.% of a compound selected from a 3-18C alcohol, ester, ether, surfactant, aprotic polar solvent, etc., and preferably further 0.001-5wt.% of water.
