To provide a development processing device that can perform secure development processing, wherein speedy development processing and normal development processing are achieved with simple constitution, and a sufficient liquid contacting time and excellent processing liquid change efficiency are secured even in the speedy processing.
In the development processing device, a horizontal conveyance processing unit 7 equipped with a horizontal conveying mechanism for a photosensitive material P and a horizontal washers 80 for imparting liquid stabilizers to the photosensitive material P is configured to be attachable to and detachable from the washing tanks 53a and 53b above liquid stabilizer levels in two adjacent washing tanks 53a and 53b. The horizontal washers 80 are provided in the washing tanks 53a and 53b respectively, intermediate roller parts 73 and 74 are provided between them, and shower parts 85 and 86 which jet liquid stabilizer to the intermediate roller parts 73 and 74 are arranged. Those shower parts 85 and 86 are supplied with liquid stabilizers through a liquid stabilizer supply pipe 81 and the jetted liquid stabilizers are collected in the original tanks by guide members 95 and 96.
