PURPOSE: To prevent wear of the inside surface of a carrying path member and deterioration and solidification of powder by applying the movement to one side against spring energization and movement to the other side by the spring energization repeatedly to the carrying path member, thereby prohibiting the movement by each time of the spring energization and applying impact acceleration repeatedly to said member.
CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted of the trough-shaped or tubular carrying path member 1 which has a powder accepting port 1a on one end side, has a powder delivery port 1b on the other end side, is movably supported in the longitudinal direction and is held energized to the other end side by a spring 5 and an operating means 8 which applies the movement to one side against the spring energization and the movement to the other end side by the spring energization repeatedly to the carrying path member 1 to prohibit the movement by each time of the spring energization thereby applying the impact acceleration repeatedly to the member. Since the need for providing a carrying member in the carrying path member 1 is thereby eliminated, the entire part of the section of the member 1 constitutes the carrying path for the powder and the wear of the inside surface of the member 1 is prevented. The powder is thus carried without being deteriorated and solidified.
