In a device, an identification tape is charged to a defective part which is generated by the transfer of the weld part of a molding belt 2 to the surface of a film F. A weld part detecting device 3 is installed on the belt 2, an identification tape supply machine 6 is installed above a film transportation means 4 behind the belt 2, a film F speed detecting device 7 is installed on the transportation means 4, and a mechanism for charging the identification tape to the defective part surface of the film F on the basis of information obtained by the weld detecting device 3 and the speed detecting device 7 is provided in the supply machine 6.
