To more firmly clamp a jigsaw blade.
In a device for clamping a jigsaw blade, a groove member (3) and a presser pin (4), which nip a blade (2) by abutting respectively on both side edges of the blade (2), are arranged at a lower end of a plunger (1) of a jigsaw, the groove member (3) being fixed to the plunger (1), the presser pin (4) being restrained so as to approach or separate from the blade (2) by both of the groove member (3) and a cam member (9) rotateably supported by the groove member (3). Thus, the device is formed so that the cam member (9) presses the blade (2) toward the groove member (3) via the presser pin (4) by being urged in the required direction by an urging means (11), and separates the presser pin (4) from the blade (2) by releasing the urging force of the urging means (11).
